Zena is a census-designated place (CDP) in Delaware County, Oklahoma, United States, along State Highway 127. As of the 2020 census, Zena had a population of 181. Established on Courthouse Prairie in District 5 of the old Indian Territory, its post office existed from April 11, 1896, until January 31, 1956.

As of the 2020 census, Zena had a population of 181. The median age was 55.3 years. 17.1% of residents were under the age of 18 and 32.0% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 120.7 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 127.3 males age 18 and over.

There were 71 households in Zena, of which 15.5% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 47.9% were married-couple households, 35.2% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 4.2% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 38.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
