Yeager is a town in Hughes County, Oklahoma, United States. As of the 2020 census, Yeager had a population of 45. Developed in the early 1900s, the town grew with the help of an oil and gas field, but has always had a low population. An oil and gas field opened in the town in 1917 and helped support the railroad industry in the 1920s.

For every 100 females there were 114.3 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 90.0 males age 18 and over.
