Wright is a census-designated place (CDP) in Okaloosa County, Florida, United States. The population was 26,277 at the 2020 United States census, up from 23,127 at the 2010 United States census. It is part of the Crestview–Fort Walton Beach–Destin, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the 2020 census, Wright had a population of 26,277. The median age was 34.9 years. 21.7% of residents were under the age of 18 and 13.6% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 101.2 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 100.8 males age 18 and over.

There were 11,099 households in Wright, of which 27.3% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 38.6% were married-couple households, 25.3% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 28.9% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 32.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
