The 2010 United States census counted 19,265 people, 7,378 households, and 5,120 families in the CDP. The population density was . There were 7,728 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup was 59.68% (11,497) White, 9.36% (1,804) Black or African American, 0.38% (73) Native American, 20.83% (4,012) Asian, 0.06% (12) Pacific Islander, 6.84% (1,318) from other races, and 2.85% (549) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 18.20% (3,506) of the population.
Of the 7,378 households, 32.6% had children under the age of 18; 51.9% were married couples living together; 12.6% had a female householder with no husband present and 30.6% were non-families. Of all households, 25.5% were made up of individuals and 9.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.60 and the average family size was 3.14.
