Geography
Willow Hill is located in eastern Jasper County. It is south of Illinois Route 33 and east of Newton, the county seat.
According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Willow Hill has a total area of , all land. Hickory Creek, a tributary of the North Fork of the Embarras River, flows across the northeast portion of the village.
