Wautoma is a town in Waushara County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,270 at the 2020 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 34.1 square miles (88.3 km<sup>2</sup>), of which 33.9 square miles (87.9 km<sup>2</sup>) is land and 0.1 square mile (0.4 km<sup>2</sup>) (0.41%) is water.
