Waterville Township is a township in Le Sueur County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 742 at the 2000 census.
Waterville Township was organized in 1858, and named after Waterville.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 33.8 square miles (87.5 km), of which 30.4 square miles (78.7 km) is land and 3.4 square miles (8.8 km) (10.07%) is water.
