Volodimir Nechiporuk (, born 18 January 1949) was a self-nominated candidate in the 2004 Ukrainian presidential election. He was a national deputy of Ukraine from 1998 till 2002 and from 2002 till 2006.

Nechyporuk was born on 18 January 1949 within Lahodyntsi, which was then part of the Ukrainian SSR in the Soviet Union.
