Vesta is a city in Redwood County, Minnesota, United States. As of the 2020 census, Vesta had a population of 276.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , all land. The Redwood River flows through the southeastern corner of the city.
Minnesota Highway 19 skirts the western edge of Vesta. Vesta was incorporated in 1900.
2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 319 people, 124 households, and 83 families living in the city. The population density was . There were 136 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup of the city was 94.7% White, 0.9% African American, 0.6% Native American, 1.9% Asian, and 1.9% from two or more races.
