Three Oaks Township is a civil township of Berrien County in the U.S. state of Michigan on the border with the state of Indiana. The population was 2,324 at the 2020 census.
The village of Three Oaks is the only incorporated community within the township.
US 12 crosses east–west through the township. The South Branch Galien River flows through the western part of the township.

At the 2000 census there were 2,949 people, 1,181 households, and 816 families in the township. The population density was . There were 1,284 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup of the township was 96.81% White, 0.88% African American, 0.47% Native American, 0.10% Asian, 0.41% from other races, and 1.32% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.63%.
