Tahoe Vista is a census-designated place located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Placer County, California. It is part of the Sacramento metropolitan area. The population was 1,392 at the 2020 census, down from 1,433 at the 2010 census.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a land area of . The median age was 40.8 years. The age distribution was 21.1% under the age of 18, 4.4% aged 18 to 24, 29.5% aged 25 to 44, 29.2% aged 45 to 64, and 15.9% who were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females, there were 105.3 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.0 males age 18 and over.
