Surrey Township () is a civil township of Clare County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,635 at the 2020 census.

Geography

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of , of which is land and (1.98%) is water.

The South Branch of the Tobacco River flows through the southern portion of the township. The township also contains numerous lakes, including Lake Thirteen.
