Suncoast Estates is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,097 at the 2020 census, down from 4,384 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Geography
Suncoast Estates is in northern Lee County and is nearly surrounded by unincorporated North Fort Myers. It is north of Fort Myers, the Lee county seat.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of , of which are land and , or 0.42%, are water. The area drains south to the Caloosahatchee River.

2020 census
As of the 2020 census, Suncoast Estates had a population of 4,097. The median age was 43.3 years. 21.1% of residents were under the age of 18 and 16.4% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 111.0 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 110.0 males age 18 and over.
100.0% of residents lived in urban areas, while 0.0% lived in rural areas.
There were 1,531 households in Suncoast Estates, of which 25.3% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 34.8% were married-couple households, 26.5% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 25.0% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 26.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
