Stubbs is a town in Rusk County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 523 at the 2020 census. The unincorporated community of Apollonia is located in the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.6 square miles (94.9 km<sup>2</sup>), of which 35.9 square miles (92.9 km<sup>2</sup>) is land and 0.8 square mile (2.0 km<sup>2</sup>) (2.07%) is water.
