St. Elizabeth or Saint Elizabeth is a village in Miller County, Missouri, United States. A post office called St. Elizabeth has been in operation since 1877. The present name is derived from a local Roman Catholic church of the same name, which in turn most likely was named after Elizabeth of Hungary.
Geography
St. Elizabeth is located in northeast Miller County at the intersection of Missouri routes 52 and E. The Osage River flows past two miles west of the community. Tuscumbia, the county seat, is to the west, and Meta in adjacent Osage County is to the northeast, both via Route 52.

As of the census of 2010, there were 336 people, 115 households, and 84 families living in the village. The population density was . There were 128 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup of the village was 99.1% White and 0.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.8% of the population.
There were 115 households, of which 37.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.5% were married couples living together, 13.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 27.0% were non-families. 26.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.63 and the average family size was 3.17.
The median age in the village was 39.5 years. 28.9% of residents were under the age of 18; 5.9% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 20.7% were from 25 to 44; 21.2% were from 45 to 64; and 23.5% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 44.9% male and 55.1% female.
