Southeast Arcadia is a census-designated place (CDP) in DeSoto County, Florida, United States. The population was 6,299 at the 2020 census, down from 6,554 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Arcadia, FL Micropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.3 square miles (18.9 km), all land.

2020 census
As of the 2020 census, Southeast Arcadia had a population of 6,299. The median age was 32.7 years. 29.5% of residents were under the age of 18 and 11.1% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 106.3 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 106.9 males age 18 and over.
93.6% of residents lived in urban areas, while 6.4% lived in rural areas.
There were 2,052 households in Southeast Arcadia, of which 43.5% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 43.0% were married-couple households, 21.2% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 26.0% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 20.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
