Silver Lake is a city in McLeod County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 866 at the 2020 census.

History

Geography

Silver Lake is in northern McLeod County, on the north shore of the lake of the same name. Minnesota State Highway 7 passes through the north side of the city, leading west to Hutchinson and east to Minneapolis. Glencoe, the McLeod county seat, is to the south.
