Silver Creek Township is a township in Lake County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,178 at the 2000 census.
Minnesota State Highway 61 serves as a main route in the township.
Silver Creek Township was organized in 1905.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 296.6 square miles (768.3 km), of which 294.8 square miles (763.6 km) of it is land and 1.8 square miles (4.7 km) of it (0.61%) is water.
