Salem is a census-designated place (CDP) in Saline County, Arkansas, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 2,544. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.4 km<sup>2</sup>), of which 3.2 square miles (8.2 km<sup>2</sup>) is land and 0.05 square mile (0.1 km<sup>2</sup>) (1.52%) is water.
