Republican City is a village in Harlan County, Nebraska, United States. As of the 2020 census, Republican City had a population of 134. The town is near the Harlan County Reservoir. At its peak in the 1950s the population was about 4 times larger than it is today.
History
Republican City was founded in 1871. It is named after the Republican River.
