Redlands is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located in and governed by Mesa County, Colorado, United States. It is part of the Grand Junction, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population of the Redlands CDP was 9,061 at the 2020 census. of 2000, there were 6,913 people, 2,137 households, and 1,506 families residing in the CDP. The population density was . For every 100 females there were 96.3 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 95.9 males age 18 and over.

96.9% of residents lived in urban areas, while 3.1% lived in rural areas.
