Pokegama Township is a township in Pine County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 2,570 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 55.0 square miles (142.5 km), of which 51.6 square miles (133.7 km) is land and 3.4 square miles (8.8 km) (6.20%) is water.
