The 2010 United States census counted 23,753 people, 7,775 households, and 6,368 families in the CDP. The population density was . There were 7,987 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup was 79.56% (18,897) White, 4.38% (1,041) Black or African American, 0.18% (43) Native American, 11.07% (2,630) Asian, 0.02% (5) Pacific Islander, 2.64% (626) from other races, and 2.15% (511) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 10.97% (2,606) of the population.

There were 7,274 households, out of which 43.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.5% were married couples living together, 8.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.3% were non-families. 12.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
