Monroe Charter Township is a charter township of Monroe County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 14,391.
- Bolles Harbor is an unincorporated community located at . The community was first platted in 1921 by William Bolles, who began selling lots for year round residents.

- Greening is a former settlement located within the township. It was settled in 1898 by nurserymen Charles and George Greening about southeast of the city of Monroe. A post office in Greening operated very briefly from March 3 to August 6, 1898.

Geography
The township is in eastern Monroe County and is bordered to the northeast by the city of Monroe and to the southeast by the shore of Lake Erie. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of , of which are land and , or 6.81%, are water.
