Middlebury Township is a civil township of Shiawassee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 1,529.

The township is located about west of the city of Owosso. The village of Ovid had a very small portion within Middlebury Township until Ovid incorporated as an autonomous city in 2015. M-21 passes east–west through the center of the township.
