Maple Township is a township in Cass County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 499 as of the 2020 census. Maple Township was named from the groves of sugar maple trees within its borders.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.6&nbsp;square miles (94.7&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>), of which 36.2&nbsp;square miles (93.9&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) is land and 0.3&nbsp;square mile (0.8&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) (0.85%) is water.
