Lucan is a city in Redwood County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 214 at the 2020 census.
History
Lucan was platted in 1902. It was named after Lucan, in Ireland. A post office called Lucan has been in operation since 1908.

Lucan is located along County Road 10, less than one mile (1.6 km) north of Minnesota Highway 68, an east–west highway.

As of the census of 2010, there were 191 people, 92 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was . There were 110 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup of the city was 99.5% White and 0.5% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.5% of the population.
