Jacksonville is a village in the town of Whitingham, Windham County, Vermont, United States. The population was 213 at the 2020 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.0 km<sup>2</sup>), of which 1.1 square miles (3.0 km<sup>2</sup>) is land and 0.04 square mile (0.1 km<sup>2</sup>) (1.71%) is water.
