Hilltop is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Frio County, Texas, United States. Its population was 356 at the 2020 census.

Geography

Hilltop is located in southern Frio County. It is bordered to the south by the city of Dilley. Interstate 35 forms the southeastern edge of the CDP, with access from Exits 85 and 86. I-35 leads north to Pearsall, the Frio County seat, and south past Dilley to Cotulla.
