Green Lake is a city in, and the county seat of, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, United States. It is located on the north side of Green Lake. The Town of Green Lake is located on the south side of Big Green Lake, opposite the city.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , of which is land and is water. Green Lake is the second deepest inland lake overall in Wisconsin, second only to the man-made Wazee Lake near Black River Falls. Measuring 239 feet deep at its greatest depth, Green Lake is the deepest natural inland lake in the state of Wisconsin.
