Devol is a town in Cotton County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 93 at the 2020 census, a decrease of 38 percent from 150 at the 2000 census. The town is named for J. Fiske Devol, who owned the land on which it stands.
History
The community of Devol began in 1907, when the Wichita Falls and Northwestern Railway laid tracks through the area. A post office was established there on November 30, 1907. The railroad became a subsidiary of the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railroad (MK&T or Katy) in 1911. By that year, the town had about 400 residents.

2020 census
As of the 2020 census, Devol had a population of 93. The median age was 40.9 years. 25.8% of residents were under the age of 18 and 25.8% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 111.4 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 130.0 males age 18 and over.
There were 39 households in Devol, of which 38.5% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 43.6% were married-couple households, 25.6% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 15.4% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
