Custer City is a town in Custer County, Oklahoma, United States. Custer City is northeast of Clinton and northwest of Weatherford along Oklahoma 33. The population was 367 at the time of the 2020 census.
Custer City was originally known as Graves, and a post office was established there on January 22, 1894. The post office changed its name to Custer City on September 28, 1904, in honor of Lt. Col. George Armstrong Custer.

As of the 2020 census, Custer City had a population of 367. The median age was 36.3 years. 28.1% of residents were under the age of 18 and 16.3% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 85.4 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 94.1 males age 18 and over.
There were 138 households in Custer City, of which 40.6% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 44.2% were married-couple households, 18.8% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 30.4% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 20.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
