Clifford is a town in Flat Rock Township, Bartholomew County, Indiana, United States. The population was 205 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Columbus, Indiana metropolitan statistical area.
History
Clifford was founded in . The first post office at Clifford was also established in 1853.
In April 1883, Clifford was officially incorporated as a town, thirty years after it was originally established.

The racial makeup of the town was 99.1% White, 0.4% Native American, and 0.4% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.7% of the population.
