Chippewa Township is a civil township of Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 187.
Geography
Chippewa Township is located in western Chippewa County. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of , of which is land and , or 0.63%, is water.

- Eckerman is an unincorporated community in the township on M-123 at , about north of M-28 It was established in 1889.
- Strongs is an unincorporated community in the township on M-28 at , about two miles east of M-123.
