Chancellor is a town in Turner County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 300 at the 2020 census.
The community was named for Otto von Bismarck, Chancellor of the German Empire.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.3% White, 0.4% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.4% Asian, and 1.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.8% of the population.
