Capon Bridge is a town in eastern Hampshire County, West Virginia, United States, along the Northwestern Turnpike (U.S. Route 50), approximately west of Winchester, Virginia. The population was 418 at the 2020 census.

The only primary highway serving Capon Bridge is U.S. Route 50. From Capon Bridge, US 50 heads eastward to Winchester and Interstate 81, while to the west, it travels through Romney to a junction with U.S. Route 220.

The racial makeup of the town was 96.9% White, 1.7% African American, 0.6% from other races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.1% of the population.
