Brookline is a former village in Greene County, Missouri, United States. The population was 326 at the 2000 census.
History
Brookline was laid out in 1871 when the railroad was extended to that point. A post office called Brookline Station was established in 1871. The community took its name from Brookline, Massachusetts.
