As of the 2020 census, Alpine Village had a population of 224. The population density was . The age distribution was 12.5% under the age of 18, 3.6% aged 18 to 24, 24.6% aged 25 to 44, 29.0% aged 45 to 64, and 30.4% who were 65years of age or older. The median age was 55.0years. For every 100 females there were 89.8 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 90.3 males age 18 and over.
