Almanor (formerly, Plumas Pines) The population was 0 at the 2010 Census, but as of 2020, the population was reported as 3. Almanor is located south-southeast of Chester.
History
The name comes from three daughters of Guy C. Earl, president of the Great Western Power Co.: "Alice", "Martha", and "Elinor". on the south-western shoreline of Lake Almanor.
